Our cocktails are made with a base spirit + 100% homemade and locally sourced ingredients.
We work with weight-based measurements and calculated, flavored dilution.
We save energy and water: 0% ice.

Avant-garde and tradition: Cocktails made with local ingredients and cutting-edge techniques.
Our cocktail menu is made exclusively with local produce, most of which are produced in our own Zamorano garden.

Made in-house: We create all cocktail ingredients at the bar using multidisciplinary techniques: distillation, ancient fermentation methods, macerations, enzymatic processes, conching, vacuum methods, and controlled temperatures.

Creative sustainability: We design and manufacture our own glassware using the “no ice” system, saving 20,000 kW of energy and 45,000 kg of water per year. Your glass keeps the liquid at a constant temperature, preventing over-dilution.

We design and craft our own base spirits for our cocktails, made from bar and garden by products: Angelita identity in a bottle.

The Angelita Method: We prepare the cocktail without a shaker or mixing glass, measure ingredients by weight, and calculate and flavor the dilution.

Our cocktails offer clean, recognizable flavors, with low alcohol content and minimal sugar.
