The restaurant operates by reservation only, with two seatings from at 6:30 PM. The bar is open for walk-ins from 5:30 PM.

Recipes inspired by traditional and popular techniques, shaped by the ingredients of our surroundings and culture, interpreted by the team led by Alfonso Sancho and Lis Benítez.
The menu features a selection of historical dishes, with our garden’s signature pisto as a highlight, complemented by seasonal creations and innovative suggestions. A carefully curated cheese selection is also available.

Wines
A carefully curated selection of over 60 wines by the glass, with two service formats (12.5cl / 7.5cl).
A bottle list featuring more than 2,000 references, with a special focus on small local producers, Champagne, and Burgundy. A particular appreciation for natural wines.
