Our wine bar is an easygoing space where you can pick one of our 2000 wines by the
bottle or one of the 60 wines by the glass and order the classics of our food menu. The
wine list, selected by David Villalón and his team, changes every week. The wine bar opens from 17:30h and doesn’t accept bookings.
Dining room
In Angelita’s dining room, we offer a cross between a regular Spanish ‘eating house’, a
throwback to the roots of Villalón family in their previous restaurant El Padre, and a fine
dining restaurant. Booking is recommended, whether you want an early dinner or late seating. Chef Alfonso Sancho, assisted byLis Benítez, is at the helm of the kitchen. The
menu is divided in various sections: the Classics of Angelita – such as ratatouille,
Korean sam, cured meats and cheeses, 'Contemporary' – more elaborate dishes with seasonal fish from market, high-end cuts of beef and seasonal vegetables -, the
Suggestions of the day – with ingredients from the family garden -, and a eight-course tasting menu.
